You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. However, keep in mind that If you cancel less than 3 days before the next shipping date, we might not be able to cancel that very shipment. We process all orders within 24 hours after your payment has been cleared. In most cases we process orders within 2-3 hours on the same business day with cut off time 3pm GMT. Once your order is placed, delivery within UK should not take more than 5 days, with 80% of our customers receiving their orders within 2-4 days. International orders can be either fulfilled from US warehouses or from global network of warehouses. Global orders fulfilled from US may take 2-4 weeks to deliver depending on global destinations. Global orders fulfilled from the network of warehouses (US, Canada, Australia, UK, EU) take 1-2 weeks. UK orders are fulfilled exclusively from UK-based warehouses. Global orders are mostly fulfilled from the network of warehouses (US, Canada, Australia, UK, EU). That significantly reduces delivery time and helps to avoid or reduce customs duties and taxes for our international customers.

Siberian Green Products

All our products are coming from a very specific place - Siberia. Specifically mostly from Altai Region and Altai Republic. Cities like Barnaul, Biysk, Gorno-Altaysk, Uznezya village. Raw materials (berries, herbs, nuts) all collected from surrounding Altai mountains, forests, remote taiga areas and fields, mostly wild harvested by local gatherers, hunters, farming communities. Some herbs are organically cultivated at local farms, but still mostly it's all sourced from wild and beautiful Altai, Siberia region!

Yes, absolutely! We always test the final products. In fact, all our suppliers are testing incoming raw materials and this is their standard procedure. Once the products are packed and ready to go we conduct lab test for each manufacturing lot - microbial and certain metals panel tests. Some of our products are also tested in US ISO certified lab, 3rd party lab not affiliated with our company.
